- The product(s) must be shipped to the business address by the client in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
- Within 30 (thirty) days of the date of reverse pick up, the refund will be processed (if required).

- All products will be sent via Registered Airmail from India Post.
- After dispatch, it takes 12 to 28 business days for delivery.
- DHL Express, UPS International, USPS, and ECOM Shipping are among our available express shipping options. (7 to 10 business days after dispatch for delivery).
- Upon receipt of full payment, the item will be dispatched on the same day or the following working day.
- If for whatever reason beyond our control, our logistic partners are unable to service your location, we will reimburse your payment.
