  • After dispatch, it takes 12 to 28 business days for delivery.
  • DHL Express, UPS International, USPS, and ECOM Shipping are among our available express shipping options. (7 to 10 business days after dispatch for delivery).
  • Upon receipt of full payment, the item will be dispatched on the same day or the following working day.
  • If for whatever reason beyond our control, our logistic partners are unable to service your location, we will reimburse your payment.
  • Please be patient with the delivery time as it occasionally takes a little longer owing to local dispatch delays and generally takes longer due to distance.
  • Buyers shall be prohibited from paying any kind of custom duties or fees.

How can I cancel My Order?

  1. Go to the My Orders section to submit cancellation requests for items or orders.
  2. As soon as your cancellation request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us with information on your refund at the email address you have on file.
  3. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
