Theminibasket’s shipping charges, refunds, and return policies
Every time a customer puts an order, the Mini Basket team works to process the proper products in accordance with the order and prescription and aims to serve the products in the proper conditions/without any damage. Additionally, we urge you to verify the packages when they are delivered.
DEFINITION
The term “return” refers to the activity of returning the item that the customer ordered through The Mini Basket site. The actions of returning a product may be warranted under the following circumstances:
- The supplied product(s) do not match your order
- Product(s) delivered are past their expiration date
- Product(s) delivered are not as described in your purchase.Goods(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept any product with a tampered seal)
Reminder: Do not accept delivery of a damaged goods if you have already received one. If you realise the goods is broken after opening the package, you can return it for a refund. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a replacement for every product because it depends on the product’s availability; in these situations, we will issue a refund.
If there is an issue with the order under the aforementioned improbable scenarios, we would be pleased to help and address your complaint. Within 07 (seven) days following the product’s delivery, you may submit a return request to our customer service team. If the consumer contacts The Mini Basket more than 7 days after delivery, The Mini Basket maintains the right to decline the Return request.
The Mini Basket will examine the request’s legitimacy and specifics after receiving your return or refund request. The Mini Basket will start the return and refund process if it determines that the request is legitimate.
Theminibasket maintains the right to take any necessary legal action against you if you make baseless and unfounded complaints about the products’ quality or content, and you will be completely responsible for any costs that The Mini Basket incurs as a result.
The following restrictions apply to returns:-
- Products that were ordered incorrectly or that were no longer needed are not eligible for returns.
- The batch number of the goods being returned must match the number on the invoice.
- Return requests arising from changes in prescription do not qualify for Return.
- The product being returned should only be in its original manufacturer’s packaging, which includes the original price tags, labels, bar-code, and invoice.
- Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return; only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.
Refund/Return Procedure:
- To request a refund, please visit www.theminibasket.com or contact us at +91-913 786 0007. Our customer service hours are Monday to Saturday, from 8 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

– Product label and image: - Within 72 (seventy-two) working hours of receiving the complaint, the Mini Basket customer service staff will investigate the claim made by the consumer.
- The Mini Basket will start the reimbursement procedure if the claim is determined to be valid and reasonable.
- The product(s) must be shipped to the business address by the client in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
- Within 30 (thirty) days of the date of reverse pick up, the refund will be processed (if required).
